Meet the founder
I have advised business leaders for over 25 years on Business Strategy Development, Organizational Design, Reorganizations, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Recruiting. I partnered with senior leaders in a range of companies from Fortune 500 to startups. Recently, I founded MSD Coaching & HR Consulting to focus on coaching, which I find most rewarding. I am certified by the College of Executive Coaching, an ICF-approved program, and I'm excited to empower others through my coaching practice.
